Brett Cochran, who assembled the land for Little Elm’s proposed Town Center project, stands on a toll bridge across Lewisville Lake scheduled to open Aug. 1. Cochran said the bridge’s completion will make Little Elm more accessible, and the Town Center will give the community a core.
